Do you charge transaction fees on top of Stripe transaction fees?
When you use Krossroads POS in conjunction with your Stripe account, you only pay the transaction fees set my Stripe i.e. 2.7% + 5c for card present payments or 2.9% + 30c for card not present payments. Unlike many other outfits, we do not charge any extra transaction fees on top of the Stripe transaction fees.
How do I subscribe to the Add-ons?
To add an Add-on subscription, first Sign In to the Dashboard then select the Billing & subscriptions’ option under the Account menu. Proceed to select the add-on you would like to add, then click on the corresponding Subscribe button and follow the instructions.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, and will be automatically renewed at the end of the billing period. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard.
Follow these easy steps to cancel a subscription:
1. Sign In to the Dashboard using an account with administrative privileges.
2. Under the Accounts menu, select the Billing & Subscriptions option.
3. Click the Unsubscribe button to cancel an active subscription.
Upon cancellation, your add-on service will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which access to the add-on will be terminated.

Can I try your service for free?
The first time you subscribe to any of the add-on services, you will automatically be granted a 14 day free trial period. At the end of the 14 day trial period, your regular subscription will be activated automatically. At any time during the trial period, you can cancel the subscription. Note that if you re-subscribe again after the first 14 day trial period, you will note be eligible for a subsequent free trial.
